PhD Scholarships
The Gradute School MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS of EVOLUTION, INFORMATION and
COMPLEXITY
at the University of Ulm is offering PhD scholarships. The Graduate
School is an interdisciplinary school
leading to a degree (Dr. rer. nat. or Dr. Ing.) in Mathematics,
Theoretical Physics, Computer Science
or Electrical Engeneering.
We invite applications from graduate students with a master's degree or
Diplom in one of the above subjects .
Please send a c.v., your records (Schulzeugnis, Diplomzeugnis), and a
statement of your research interests to

IMPORTANT:
Applicants should also name one or two organizers of the graduate school
who could act as thesis supervisers.
Scholarships:
The scholarships are given for 2 years and can be exended for one more
year.
The amount per month is 820,- EUR tax free. Besides carrying out their
specific
research project, scholars are expected to participate in the courses
and other
activities of the graduate school.
