[Neuro-IT] Reminder: FP7 - first call for FET proposals.

The first call for FET proposals in FP7 will close on 8th May at  
17:00 (Brussels time).

This call includes the proactive initiative "Bio-ICT convergence"  
which is relevant to much of the research in the neuroinformatics  
domain. More details can be found on Cordis at

Please note that this web page includes a form for requesting a pre- 
proposal check,
ftp://ftp.cordis.europa.eu/pub/ist/docs/fet/ie-jan07-preprop-

and anyone preparing a proposal is warmly encouraged to make use of  
this facility. To ensure a reply is received well before the call  
closes, coordinators are requested to send a prep-proposal check  
request before April 10th.

Proposal submission in FP7 must be done electronically using the EPSS  
tool (https://www.epss-fp7.org/) unless permission has been obtained  
from the Commission to submit proposals in paper form (this is only  
for very rare cases when a consortium has no access to the internet).  
It should be possible to register in EPSS for submissions to the FET  
calls from early April.
